Why learn together?

About Me:

I began my piano journey at 4 years old - learning at home with my mother!

Her inclusive, I have always had the privilege of being guided by incredibly musically-sensitive and passionate teachers who have shared their patience and love for the instrument with me.

Learning the piano has also enabled me to be involved in the community growing up by participating in local competitions, weekend charity concerts and school ensembles.

I first started teaching piano in my last year of high school and have grown to love helping my students build a sound foundation in their technical skills whilst developing their unique sense of musicality. I believe there's nothing as rewarding as seeing my students having a little giggle during their lessons and watching them grow their confidence throughout our time together.

I aim to share my love for music with others by...

Focusing on the development of a deep, personal understanding of practical techniques and the basics of musical theory;
Creating a calm environment where my students feel confident and supported throughout their musical journey;
Being capable of adjusting my teaching style depending on individual needs or goals; and
Encouraging my students to have fun!

My Qualifications:

Associate Diploma in Music, Australia (AMusA) in the subject of Pianoforte
Grade 6 AMEB Musicianship
5+ years experience in teaching
Working with Children Check (WA)

Schedule

I currently teach 6 days a week as detailed below.*

The duration of each lesson is dependent on skill level and age, and can be adjusted to suit individual needs.

I offer half an hour trial lessons which can be booked any day of the week.

*Specific availability is subject to existing students and alternative work commitments

Monday to Fridays

(approx.) 3:30pm to 8:00pm

Saturdays

8:00am - 6:00pm
